Payment Methods
If you are interested in contracting our services, you may do so by calling 020-3096-0063 to make an order over the phone. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, debit cards and postal orders.

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients.

"No name" policies may apply from time to time, when dealing with "first time" queries raised by unknown clients. Please note that personal names must be protected by Law in order to avoid fraud practices against small businesses.

Please be aware that only questions sent by job applicants from the European Union are going to be replied. We reserve the right to reply to secure clients only, and the right to refuse services to anyone.

If suspicious telephone calls or e-mails are received, the authorities or police are going to be notified immediately. Incoming messages are being recorded or kept for training and security reasons.

Terms
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Fees must be paid in full one week before the starting date. A receipt will be issued upon request.

Before enrolling, you are advised to examine your personal commitments and circumstances, as we regret that no fees are refundable under any circumstances unless the course is cancelled.
No partial refund can be given for classes not attended and no postponement can be allowed. A written cancellation must be received at least two weeks before the beginning of the course.

Fees will be refunded only if a course is cancelled due to an insufficient number of students.
Once you have sent us your enrolment form and payment, you simply turn up on the first day of your course.

A written confirmation will be sent to you. In the unlikely event of cancellation, we will notify you.

A discount of £10 is given for a fully paid booking made before the starting date.

Wherever possible, continuing courses will be taught by the same teacher the following term, but this cannot be guaranteed.
